Mr. Kanakala was also a founder of an acting school which is located in Hyderabad. Before his untimely demise, Lakshmi Kanakala was the principal of the school. Kanakala’s last contribution to the Telugu movie industry was Bharat Ane Nenu, Mahesh Babu was the lead actor of the movie.
