Darbar Day 16 Collection: Darbar 16 Days Box office collections shows steady Decline

Mega Star Rajani is seen yet another time with dripping energy with the movie Darbar. The movie songs have already got a place in the favorite list of many of the viewers. At the age of 69, Rajani is doing a good job by acting in such an action rich movie. Tamil audience wants mainly two things from Rajani movies.

First is punch dialogues, which won’t leave them even after they leave the theatres. Second is a great ending with Rajani winning almost like a God. The movie didn’t do well in these two cases. And the overwhelming action in the movie is not much interesting for the viewers from other states and overseas.

The movie Darbar is directed by AR Murugadoss and Produced by Allirajah Subaskaran. The movie has a production cost of 180cr. and in advertising itself, it cost 20 crores other than the production cost. This makes it’s budget a sum of 200 crores. The movie was released in over 4000 screens all over India and in more than 2500 screens overseas.
