The Assam Police has reportedly published the Physical Standard Test alongside Physical Eligibility Test for people who want to join the police force of Assam as Constable(AB) and Constables (UB). The candidates who are interested for the job posts can download the Admit Card for Assam Police Constable from this website – www.slprbassam.in. The admit cards will be available for download from Tuesday, next week.
Avilability of Admit Cards
The notice suggests that admit cards from South Salmara, Dima Hasao, Hamren, West Karbi Anglong, Majuli, Charaideo, Karbi Anglong, Hailakhandi, Hojai, Chirang, Karimganj, Sonitpur, Goalpara, and Morigaon is going to be available from next week Tuesday to 25th of March.
Candidates belonging to Dhemaji, Sivasagar, Hamren, Darrang, Bongaigaon, Charaideo, Nagaon, Kamrup, Biswanath, Dhubri, Jorhat, and Cachar can download the admit card between March to 11th of April. On the other hand, candidates from Lakhimpur, Dibrugarh, Kamrup, Nalbari, Udalguri, Kokrajhar, Golaghat, Barpeta, Baksa, and Tinusukia can download the admit card from March to April 13 to April 28.
What test do the candidates have to go through?
The chest, weight and height of the male candidates will be measured in the screening process by using the cutting-edge technology. Later, the doctors are going to examine the candidates in the form of preliminary check-ups such as vision test, knock knee, flat foot, color blindness, physical deformities, varicose vein.
Once the candidates clear these tests, they can appear for the Physical Efficiency Test. The test comprises of 40 marks and it would include a 3.2 km race which they have to complete in 14 minutes alongside a long jump of around 335 cm.
